To create an opportunity for artists and the public to cross-pollinate. This
exchange would be facilitated by a range of intimate spaces as well as larger community spaces and is primarily social. Artists would have the opportunity to receive feedback from neighboring artists, be consulted by business professionals to promote their work, be critiqued by the public, and make a living. The public will gravitate to this hub in appreciation of the art, as well as be able to carry out normal errands such as shopping and eating, and they will have a place to develop skills and gain inspiration from the artists. In contrast there will also be a silent exchange by being able to see into work spaces, promoting motivation to create.
