Interactive Sections

Paul Rudolph, Rudolph Hall

In this perspective section, I see very effective interlocking of multi-level spaces. What I find most interesting in this section is the way the architect translates the interaction of 3d spaces into a two dimensional drawing. I find the interaction between the central atrium and the surrounding spaces vary inspiring.

In this section, I am most inspired by the contrast created by the atrium space with the rest of the building. The architect was able to add a complicated space to a normative building very effectively.
